When you have the kind of storied history of fur house FENDI, you need to make sure your 90th anniversary celebration is a big one. Fortunately, that’s no problem for the legendary Italian label, who’re getting set for a one-off event that will, naturally, take place in their hometown: Rome. This being FENDI, not just any of Rome’s many noted landmarks will do for a setting; it has to be the beautiful and lavishly historic Trevi Fountain.

Yep, come the 7th July, the maison will be holding a special fashion show – entitled, fittingly enough, Legends and Fairy Tales – at the iconic space, the fountain’s lights and water providing a spectacular and magical atmosphere. We can’t wait, not least of all because FENDI will then be hosting an equally (well, nearly) sublime dinner party at the Pincio Terrace, Villa Borghese, which just happens to boast some of the most jaw dropping vistas of the Eternal City.
