KARMA KID × WONDERLAND PLAYLIST

Karma Kid has made us a ridiculously listenable disco-chill playlist because we’re special like that.

To celebrate the final party of the year from Kitsuné’s celebrated club series, Kitsuné Club Night (who have collaborated with cutting edge French imprint Roche Musique this time around), Wonderland have the distinct privilege of a personalized playlist courtesy of Roche rising star, and headliner of the next KCN party, Karma Kid.

The playlist has a bit of everything – just the way we like it – kicking off with a disco-style cut from Anderson Paak (still riding the wave of success that came from his work with Dr Dre on the good doctor’s comeback album, Compton), before segueing into a butter-smooth number from Georgia Ann Muldrow and the one and only Madlib – almost certainly my favourite producer and the man responsible for half of last year’s best Hip-Hop release , Pinata. Before we reach the end there’s also some gorgeously calming throwback stuff from 70s Jazz-Funk man Travis Biggs, and a track from the enviably young Sam Gellaitry. All said and done, it’s a curated list pretty much perfect for any situation I can think off: from distracting you at your desk to throwing some relaxed shapes in the mix. So, give a listen and get down to The Laundry in London Fields later this week to see Karma Kid himself as well as a host of other names like Toyboy & Robin, FKJ, Kartell and Danglo. Be quick though, tickets won’t be around for much longer.
