Lily-Rose Depp lands her first ever campaign and it’s Chanel, darling. But would we expect anything less?
If you’re going to go big with your debut fashion campaign, of course it would be as the face of Chanel. If you had the option, that is. And, from the daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis – Lily-Rose Depp – we would expect nothing less.
Having slickly slipped her way into mainstream public consciousness back in March this year at Chanel’s New York Métiers d’Art show, it was only last week that Depp caused a media stir whilst playing poker in the Chanel Casino as part of their AW15 couture show in Paris (alongside former Wonderland cover star Kristen Stewart, supermodel Lara Stone and fellow celeb-offspring Lily Collins – as you do). This week, she’s the face of Chanel’s Pearl Eyewear campaign. Not released in print until September, two sneak preview images have been released along with a video on AOL. Sorry Kendall, move aside, there’s a new IT girl in town and she goes by the name Lily Rose-Depp.
