Poet and model Greta Bellamacina has provided us with a glimpse into her travels, producing a stunning vignette of her time in Paris for Fashion Week, aptly titled “Down and Out in Paris”
The Young Poet Laureate of London, whose works have been featured across a startling number of publications has lent her resplendent lyricism to a set of striking visuals, shot by her friend, the director Paul Franco.
This isn’t the first time Greta has combined her way with words and her fascination with fashion: she’s modelled for various designers, taken part in a few similar fashion films, and has been known to host the odd in-store poetry reading.
Her ability to combine an aural and visual aesthetic is something rare and intriguing, showcased perfectly by Down and Out in Paris. Check it out below – we promise it’ll persuade you poetry and fashion are an unfairly underrated combination.
