Kicking off the SS15 LC:M proceedings in style, Superdry held an almighty show and after-party which celebrated Great British fashion

Being awarded the coveted opening spot of this season’s London Collections: Men clearly inspired Superdry to raise the stakes with their SS15 show and after party. Showcasing looks from both menswear and womenswear, the cult brand was out to celebrate British fashion for SS15, down to the Union Jack props and easy styling.

The collection itself played on the brand’s strengths of denim separates and casual summer dressing, borrowing heavily from Californian surf culture. For the men, tropical prints, slogan tees, sweats and leather bikers were joined by the signature denim shirts and shorts, forming the perfect capsule wardrobe. For the girls the vibe was similar, but tees were cropped and came in tie-dye and florals, while layering was kept loose, reminiscent of streetwear styling.

The show itself was followed by the much-anticipated after party, something the brand has become known for recently. With Mark Ronson DJing and celebs from Bip Ling to Jessie Metcalfe in attendance, it is safe to say Superdry definitely pulled it off. Bravo
