Last night Andreas Melbostad presented his first menswear collection for Diesel Black Gold at Pitti in Florence, after designing womenswear for the brand since FW13.
In keeping with the brands DNA, the fall winter collection was infused with bold military and rocker influences, with leather jackets in silver and black adorned with studs and military patches and sharp tailoring in flannel, wool and poplin fabrics. Classic Diesel Black Gold materials have been given majestic treatments to give them a fresh feel in this collection which marks the start of what looks to be a successful career at Diesel for Andreas.
