Specially designed for this new collaboration, Louis Vuittons&#8217;s Silver Lockit necklace sales will contribute to the fund.<\/p>\n<p>Available online and in stores from today, \u00a3140 from the sale of every locket and pendant will go towards Unicef&#8217;s efforts to protect children, including but not limited to, providing clean water, healthcare, education and nutrition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">&#8220;Charity starts\u00a0at home,&#8221; said Michael Burke, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton. &#8220;We&#8217;ve challenged our teams to come up with a simple but strong product that symbolises protection. The Silver Lockit is inspired by the unpickable tumbler lock, invented by Georges Vuitton in 1890 to protect clients&#8217; most precious belongings that travelled in Louis Vuitton trunks. The Silver Lockit is also a token of our promise to help children in urgent need. Our 20,000 staff members have joined forces to generate strong ideas to raise funds and awareness for these children. Our goal is to reach as many people as possible, ask them to share our promise and to make a real difference.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\"><a
