Fresh from an unlikely but accomplished collaboration with rapper and one time Odd Future founder Casey Veggies, Elohim is following up the release of her track \u2018Xanax\u2019 with a video that <em>Wonderland <\/em>are thrilled to premiere.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MZcqj0aasWo\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Xanax\u2019 is a deliciously soporific and woozy slice of pop that fulfils the weirdly soothing promise of its title without the dependency issues that a real Xanax addiction might entail. It showcases Elohim\u2019s characteristically honest and challenging lyrics \u2013 \u201cI don\u2019t wanna be dependent \/ On synthetic medicine \/ That keeps me calm enough to sleep \/ But kills me softly when I\u2019m weak\u201d \u2013 over an expansive and spacey beat that flickers from ear to ear as her ethereal voice is chopped and repeated into a stick-it-on-repeat chorus.
