Peer into the Hotel Senecterre, restored under Hedi&#8217;s own eye, in YSL&#8217;s new campaign.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/\/media.wonderlandmagazine.com\/uploads\/2015\/07\/SAINT_LAURENT_UNIVERSITE_08.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-53934\" alt=\"ysl hotel\" src=\"\/\/media.wonderlandmagazine.com\/uploads\/2015\/07\/SAINT_LAURENT_UNIVERSITE_08-1024x661.jpg\" \/><\/a>In 1685 the Hotel Senecterre was built in Saint Germain. In 2012, Hedi Slimane began reconstructing it. Yves Saint Laurent&#8217;s Creative Director was appointed to recreate the essence of &#8216;Saint Laurent Rive Gauche&#8217;. After its three year revamp, the rebuilt hotel is now home to a three floor atelier, consisting of the Salon Couture, Atelier Flou and Atelier Tailleur.<\/p>\n<p>Of course we all want some YSL couture, that&#8217;s a given, but regardless of whether you&#8217;ve got the money in the bank, you&#8217;re only getting your perfectly manicured hands on a piece if you&#8217;re &#8220;a close friend of the house&#8221;, a very exclusive list. If you meet the criteria, your clothes come with their own individual number on an ivory YSL label. Time to get saving and social climbing.
