Skate stereotypes firmly locked away, there was none of that Travis from <i>Clueless<\/i> baggy-jeans and threadbare t-shirt malarkey &#8211; these boys were skating in style.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Texture, pattern, print<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From supple leather and luxurious shearling (that even appeared on sliders) to caramel knitwear and rich jacquards, for SS16 it&#8217;s all about a mash-up of contrasting textures that reside in perfect harmony at the half pipe. Texture, along with a plethora of patterns and prints.All variety of animal print came patched and panelled on outerwear, peeping beneath leather jackets, in full leopard look combinations and in a vast array of colour ways; meanwhile an amoeba style print came appropriated on bags, coats and shirts (for the boys and girls) in acid bright hues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The <i>Blow<\/i> moment\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A dose of effortless Cali style came in the shape of printed shirts that nodded to the 70s, the kind worn by Johnny Depp&#8217;s character George Jung in <i>Blow<\/i>\u00a0circa &#8217;93.
