For his AW\u201913 collection, Emilio Pucci<\/a> paid homage to the sixties socialite.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Along with Barbarella attitude, shaggy fringe, psychedelic designs and thigh-high boots made for a Nancy Sinatra comeback stomped down\u00a0Emilio Pucci’s<\/a> AW’13 runway during\u00a0Milan Fashion Week<\/a>. Think\u00a0Jane Birkin<\/a> supping on summer wine while lounging on luxe shag carpet. Lusting yet?\u00a0Yeah, we thought you’d be.<\/p>\n From the first look, a crystal-encrusted top with an abstracted mini skirt, to a monochrome inkblot patterned cape with a high fur collar, to a black and gold tight mini dress, the theme of the evening was mini skirts and youthful glamour. And lest we forget the cutout dress worn by a fringe-sporting Cara Delevingne<\/a>, this collection combined modern cuts and fabrics with classic sex kitten sensuality. So while we\u2019re admirers of futuristic androgyny, sometimes we just need a good dose of old-fashioned sex appeal.<\/p>\n
