Number one – One Direction
Love them or loathe them, this boyband is taking over the world. We tackle the 1D phenom head-on with an eye-opening interview with the band and an up-close (and maybe too personal) look at the fears and fangirling of their teen fandom. And of course, that shoot with the puppies.

Number two – New fashion
We showcase the clean, calm lines of the resort collections from Gucci, Dior, Celine and more before heading off to the jagged cliffs of Cornwall for a truly savage take on couture. Plus, Bulgari’s new Serpenti collection of jewels is put to sleek, sinuous use in the plush rooms of the Bulgari Hotel (what else?) – and page after page of more mouthwateringly sumptuous fashion.

Number three – Ke$ha
The LA party girl takes us to a strip club to show off her gold grill and tell us why she’s trying to reinvent pop music with Warrior, her new album. Speaking from personal experience, she really does fucking love strippers.

Number four – Sounding off
Wonderland grabbed some of the hottest new acts out there to talk about their life obsessions, musical crushes and infatuations. Cloud rap duo Main Attrackionz take us through Oakland on a record shop crawl; Californian crooner Miguel talks Jack Daniels and caramel frappuccinos; while everyone from Bondax to A*M*E let us in on the songs and bands that keep them up late at night.

Number five – New faces
We profile the actors and actresses who’ll be making an indelible imprint on celluloid this season. Holliday Grainger tells us what it’s like playing Great Expectations’ Estella, the poster girl for obsessive love and X-Men: First Class star Caleb Landry Jones spills on being the sick (literally) fan in Antiviral.

The ‘Obsessed’ issue of Wonderland is out now in the UK at WH Smiths and select newsagents.
