Inspired by haute parfumerie, the guys at McQueen have combined heritage perfume-making artistry with the very modern spirit of their iconic label. Cue a powerful fragrance of the highest quality that’s been crafted under the watchful and well attuned eye of Creative Director Sarah Burton.

With spicy top notes like black pepper and clove, as well as hints of delicate petal and night flower lurking beneath, McQueen Parfum is an intriguing proposition which utilises state of the art extraction techniques to get the most from its rarefied ingredients such as Vetiver and pink pepper. Burton was keen that every aspect of the fragrance should exude quality and craftsmanship, and said of the perfume, “I wanted this fragrance to come from night flowers, the kind that exude an eternal freshness once the day is gone…People forge that these flowers become newly modern every day; that even as they’ve faded, they soon regenerate and flower, shaping the air with their scent. Here at McQueen, we are all about discoveries and the eternal blossom; originality in an atmosphere of tradition, craft, and daring.” Those attributes are also reflected in the elegant bottle design, which is crafted from dark glass and decorated with gold feathers (one of the label’s most recognisable motifs); it’ll look as good as it smells.
