HAIM – “Relationships”
This is not a drill—the HAIM sisters are back! The vibrant and scene-stealing LA rock trio share an incepting single from a long-awaited new album cycle, and once again show why they’re one of the most celebrated bands of their generation. “Relationships” is suave, sexy and such good fun, and comes with a Drew Starkey starring video. Chappell Roan – “The Giver”
Continuing to cement herself as one of contemporary pop’s most compelling and unpredictable stars, Grammy-winning supernova Chappell Roan is back with a new single. “The Giver” has a considerable country twang, soaring vocals, effervescent energy and an anthemic hook. A left-field turn in style, but one which she pulls off seamlessly.
Aminé – “Familiar”
Among US rap’s most charismatic protagonists, Aminé begins the journey towards his next studio album with a bouncy, sun-kissed single. ”Familiar” is short but sweet, heady and hedonistic, perfectly time for the rising temperature to come in summer.
Mura Masa – “JUMP”
Constantly impressive Grammy-winning DJ and producer Mura Masa is building out his catalogue peerlessly. New single “JUMP” is an instant classic, with its fast moving grooves, endoscopic timbre and triumphant horn sampling. The video is a pure joy, too.
Léa Sen – “Video Games”
The elusive beauty of Lèa Sen will soon be revealed to its fullest extent, with her forthcoming debut album Levels set for released via Partisan Records on 30th May. A dreamy new single has been shared, “Video Games” boasting Sen’s gorgeous vocal presence and an equally gentle alt pop acoustic instrumental backdrop.
Wretch 32 ft. Teni – “Like Home”
UK rap heavyweight Wretch 32 will be dropping a new album this spring, and unleashes a kaledescpoic teaser single. “Like Home” borrows the dazzling vocals of Teni, with Wretch himself showcasing his sharpened melodic ability atop an afro-infused rhythmic soundscape.
Parcels – “Safeandsound”
Soulful and shinning, ever favourable five-piece Parcels return with a dreamy and heartfelt new single. “Safeandsound” is built on the band’s incandescent multi-part vocal harmonies and lightly ethereal instrumental work. The band play both Glastonbury and Wembley Arena this year—you don’t want to miss that.
Bon Iver ft. Danielle Haim – “If Only I Could Wait”
Building up momentum for the release of his first album in six years—SABLE fABLE, due 11th April—peerless enigma Bon Iver shares two dazzling singles. “Walk Home” is a tender and off-kilter opus, but “If Only I Could Wait” really stuns; a beautiful duet with Danielle Haim that grows from a subtle root into a totemic ally affecting spectacle.
Barry Can’t Swim – “The Person You’d Like to Be”
This year could well be Barry’s. The DJ and producer has announced a new full-length, Loner, is dropping in mid July, whilst the Scot will be headline All Points East, FORWARDS, Lost Village and more. Teaser single is glitchy and progressive, with thunderous bass, heady synths and slick breakbeat posturing.

Plucked from his highly anticipated forthcoming album 5ive, Afrobeats trailblazer Davido delivers an infectious and striking new single, “Be There Still”. Continuing to progress his sound and delve into new styles, the Grammy winner approaches his new album as confident and charismatic as ever.
Mark Pritchard & Thom Yorke – “This Conversation is Missing Your Voice”
Two pioneers of the contemporary avant-garde, electronic savant Mark Pritchard and Radiohead and The Smile genius Thom Yorke, have announced a joint album, Tall Tales, will be shared via Warp on 9th May. The first single “This Conversation is Missing Your Voice” is as lyrically thought-provoking as any of Yorke’s work, whilst Pritchard’s production provides peaks and troughs, smiles and frowns—and always surprises.
Jay Prince x Estelle x Oddisee – “Solitude”
Announcing his forthcoming album Shine, Jay Prince is in the form of his musical career. This new single “Solitude” is among his best, an intricate and groove-full voyage into his inner process, and features brilliant turns from the legendary Estelle and US polymath Oddisee.
Sugababes – “Jungle”
Pushing their renaissance forward at each passing checkpoint, the latest outing from legendary pop trio Sugababes is a raucous affair. “Jungle” is crisp and colourful, expertly crafted and perfect packaged pop that leaves you vying for more.
Provoker – “Another Boy”
Gothic and oddly gregarious, the returning since rom post-punk crooners Provoker is a criss-cross crowd pleaser. The band will be sharing their third album, Mausoleum, in May, but for now unleash “Another Boy”, a New Order-touched trail into sharp atmosphere and bustling emotionality.
Florence Road – “Heavy”
Emerging Irish four-piece Florence Road make quite the impression with this sensational debut single. “Heavy” flicks between intimate, mood-setting verses and stadium rock hooks, with a nuanced sound already apparent despite their tender existence.
Olympia Vitalis – “Younger”
West London-raised riser Olympia Vitalis is back with the first single after her stunning COLORS showcase late last year. “Younger” is silky smooth and soulfully performed, with the singer-songwriter’s ear-catching tone and zippy lyrical prowess on full show.
Joni – “Still Young”
US-born, London-based artist Joni will share her debut album in April, and shares a teaser single in the shape of the song that kickstarted the record. Naturalistic, organic instrumentation of glorious guitar picking and pillowed drums allow Joni’s rich vocals to shine through.
Cliffords – “Bittersweet”
Rousing and ruminative, Cork quartet announce themselves as a tour-de-force in the shoegaze world was a concise and compelling anthem. “Bittersweet” follows a potent self-released EP last year, but sees the band far more chiselled in their sonic manifestation, with vocalist Iona Lynch offering up a dominant performance.
Duckwrth – “Hurricane J.I.M.”
One of LA’s hottest musical talents, Duckwrth returns with his new cut “Hurricane J.I.M.” – the last single taken from his third studio album ‘All American F ⭐ckBoy’ dropping next month. Seeking solace within dark and toxic spaces, the track captures Duck at a complex crossroads: to battle the seductive, and destructive affinities or let his all-consuming, powerful alt-ego take control.
