The Critics Choice Awards is celebrating 30 years in 2025 — and today, we finally got our first look at the stars and productions in the running. Jon M. Chu’s Wicked adaptation leads the charge with 11 nominations, tied with Conclave. Dune: Part Two and Netflix’s Emilia Pérez aren’t far behind, each racking up 10 nominations. Both films are contenders for Best Picture, alongside Timothée Chalamet’s Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown, indie darling Anora, The Brutalist, Nickel Boys, Sing Sing, and The Substance.
