Charli XCX is a spotlight stealer. Whenever she walks in, all eyes are on her — and with due reason. The British pop powerhouse knows how to set the dancefloor on fire like no one else, and according to her, that’s about to be experienced at its extreme, as she starts to unveil her new album, Brat, a project she described on X as a “club record”. “i was born to make dance music.. i came from the clubs.. *xcx6* is the album i’ve always wanted to make,” she posted.

Brat is her sixth studio album, a 15-track follow-up project to her critically acclaimed fifth album Crash, out in 2022. The project also comes as she’s surfing the massive wave ignited by her most recent single, “Von Dutch”, a social media favourite.
