Usher ft. Pheelz – “Ruin”

R&B pioneer Usher has found his second wind. With a new album on the way next week and a Super Bowl Halftime show performance following not long after, the Grammy-winner shares “Ruin”, a gentle, gorgeous cut that leans into Afro rhythms, with Usher letting his vocals do the talking.

BICEP – “CHROMA 001”

Revolutionary electronic duo BICEP continue to push forward the scene that they helped bring to the mainstream with their latest exciting project, CHROMA. A new record label, a series of curated events, and a new hybrid live-AV/DJ show are all on the cards. For now though, we’ve been blessed with a stomping new single “CHROMA 001”, which boasts clever sampling, meticulous song structuring, and one of the wobbliest basses you’ll have heard for a while.

Louis Culture – “MANNEQUIN”

One of the UK’s most captivating rappers, Louis Culture, continues to progress his sound, reaching new artistic heights on “MANNEQUIN”. Poetic lyricism, emotive melodic work and glitchy electro production draw you into the South Londoner’s world, making you want to edge over closer into his enigmatic sonic universe.

BADBADNOTGOOD ft. reggie – “Take What’s Given”

Canadian ensemble BADBADNOTGOOD enlists the soulful croon of Houston artist reggie for a sentiment-inducing, country-leaning sonic opus. It’s a serene listening experience, full of celebratory horns, luscious harmonies and groove-laden bass lines.

Nafe Smallz ft. AJ Tracey – “GEEKIN”

Nafe Smallz is taking UK wave rap to unfounded heights, with a highly anticipated new project due in a fortnight. For now, we’ve been further teased with “GEEKIN”, a track that enlists scene favourite AJ Tracey for a slick contribution, while Smallz himself flows effortlessly over the immersive instrumental.

Nemzzz – “L’S”

Manchester’s finest Nemzzz is building an impressive catalogue. His debut mixtape “DO NOT DISTURB” is poised for release in mid March, and the rapper has unveiled the latest glimpse into what’s to come. “L’S” is Nemzzz at his smooth and introspective best, marauding across the bouncy atmospheric beat with vivid musings.

Bru-C ft. Shapes – “Let it Go”

Nottingham MC Bru-C is back with a storming track, “Let It Go”. Backed by the production of Shapes, the new single marks a new chapter in the journey and musical progression for the rapper. He brings a refreshing honesty and profound message, leaving us intrigued as to what is to come.

Dog Race – “It’s The Squeeze”

Five-piece Dog Race are one of the most exciting new bands emerging from London. The band bring diversity in their style and a gothic quality to the tone. “It’s The Squeeze”, their new single, is claustrophobic, theatrical and full of interesting musical and vocal developments.

The Silhouettes Project ft. Nix Northwest & Tambala – “Be Myself”

Connecting Nix Northwest’s effortless humility and cadence with Tambala’s warm, retro-fitted production, “Be Myself” emerges as the perfect canvas for an artist seeking solace within his own sonic environment. The rising rapper and creative flexes a rare lyrical integrity with magnetic effect, breezing past the complexities of self-empowerment to create the honest and inspired expressions reflected in the DIY visuals. Set across intimate spaces with good vibes and hooks coming front and centre, The Silhouette Project’s latest single will continue the attention around an exciting homegrown community exploding into wider consciousness.

Blue Lab Beats — “Wait a While”

Grammy-winning Blue Lab Beats ended 2023 on a high note with sold-out concerts across Europe and the UK and a MOBO nomination. But if it’s up to the rising duo of producers, 2024 will be no different, as they kick off the year with a powerful, soul-groove-infused new single, “Wait A While”. Featuring Amber Navran and Farah Audhali, the track is at once completely contemporary while recalling the heady days of the 90s UK soul scene, giving a taste of what’s to come from the duo in their eagerly awaited fourth studio album, BLUE ECLIPSE, out in April.

Tyler Lewis — “Downtime”

Hailing from West London, 22-year-old Tyler Lewis is making her mark as a rising star in the pop-R&B scene. Co-signed by heavyweights in the industry, including Mahalia, Becky Hill, and Tyla, she now unveils her latest musical offering with the single “Downtime” — an upbeat, soulful, and catchy track that puts Tyler on the radar as a name to watch out for. Complementing the sonic experience of the debut, she also announced a music video for the track, directed by Ray Fiasco & MNEK, which takes us back to a 2000s-like house party.

Smallgod — “Kusuu”

Ghanaian producer Smallgod enlisted a star-studded lineup for his newest single, “Kusuu Remix” — an intoxicating track featuring Kweku Flick, Nigerian rapper ODUMODUBLVCK, and UK rapper Abra Cadabra. A masterful trans-Atlantic blend of talent, energy, and heavy beats, the single is a celebration of cultural exchange and artistic synergy, according to the producer, who now gears up for the release of his forthcoming 17-track album, Bridging the Gap, set to release on March 1st.

TiaCorine — “Almost There”

North Carolina based rapper TiaCorine unveils today her latest EP, “Almost There”, an 8-track long project building up on previously released singles “Yung Joc” and “Bonnet.” Her first project now signed with Interscope, the EP comes two years after her critically acclaimed album I Can’t Wait, out in 2022 — and to celebrate the release in good style, she’s now on the countdown for her first North American tour of the year, starting on March 2nd.

N3WYRKLA – “it don’t hit no more”

Rapid-rising New Jersey artist N3WYRKLA, pronounced ‘New York LA’, is building momentum as one of the most intriguing and naturally reactive artists in the US alternative scene right now and continues to demonstrate her innate ability in bridging the gap between pop, rock and experimental R&B. N3WYRKLA’s unique sonic palette is showcased across her powerful new single “it don’t hit no more”, incorporating a series sleek acoustic riffs and futuristic synth work all layered with N3WYRKLA’s intoxicating vocal prowess. “it don’t hit no more” underlines the New Jersey artist as one of the hottest and excitingly genre-fluid young talents coming through right now.

SEBii – “FRENDS>>ENEMii”

SEBii’s “FRENDS>>ENEMii” is a bold fusion of glitchy post-hyper-pop beats and quirky lyrics, offering a glimpse into his forthcoming album, VVSS2. With backing from Playboi Carti, 2024 is written to see SEBii rise as a standout artist.
