From day to night, season to season, old to new to old again, fashion has always been discussed in cyclical motions. But for Dsquared2’s FW24 collection, they took it a step further. Experimenting with the idea of metamorphosis, the brand honed in on the magic of their signature codes and celebrated the beauty of all their sides — both the raw and the refined. Men and women alike shared the stage, turning the runway into a site of transformation as sets of mismatched twins walked in unison, meeting in the middle for a beat before departing on their separate journeys.

On one side of the coin, rugged accents of mud-splattered denim, distressed leather, and garments full of holes, patches, and rips commanded guests’ attention. And on the other, evening wear flirted its way down the runway, with picture-perfect tailoring, flawless chiffon, sparkling jewellery, glossy fabrications, and classic D2 hardware.
