Wonderland

LE GALERIE DIOR

From Elina Chauvet to Judy Chicado, the Maison’s new exhibition highlights women’s art and their ties with Dior.

In the heart of the iconic 30 Montaigne in Paris, Le Galerie Dior is a place to immerse yourself in the epitome of the Maison’s heritage. The museum retraces its extraordinary destiny through the decades and archive pieces that capture the essence of Dior style, from Christian Dior to Maria Grazia Chiuri. From November 24, 2023 to May 13, 2024, the Galerie will be hosting a new exhibition, presenting and celebrating Dior’s collaborations with women artists.

Throughout the rooms, works by Lillian Bassman, Elina Chauvet, Judy Chicago, Maya Goded, Constance Guisset, Katerina Jebb, and more offer a poetic journey for visitors providing an exceptional reading of the history of the Maison. The reinterpretations of the Lady Dior signed by the female creators of the eight editions of Dior Lady Art will be revealed in the Chambre aux merveilles, like a revisited cabinet of curiosities. An odyssey in homage to the House’s constantly renewed inventiveness and the power female creatives had in pushing this vision forward.
