Hailing from Japan, the up-and-coming band Nulbarich is making its way through the charts and expanding geographical borders with its unique exploration of neo-city pop grounds. Produced by singer-songwriter JQ, they released their first album, Guess Who? in 2016, featuring songs used in commercials for Honda and other globally recognised brands, and gaining attention on the Japanese pop/rock scene. A mere two years later, in 2018, they sold out one of Japan’s largest concert venues, the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo.
Now based in LA, they’re ready to take the next step, amplifying their sounds to a global reach. Their newest project, the single “Just A Game,” features the “Dutch Pop Maestro” singer-songwriter/producer Benny Sings. The track has a laid-back, nostalgic, groovy feel, combining JQ’s production style with Sings’ signature sound and a robust set of instrumental palettes.
