Legacy brand Colmar is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2023, and what better way to mark such a milestone than by creating an iconic collection? Founded in 1923 in Monza, Italy, this Milan-based ski and outerwear specialist started as a clothing manufacturer, primarily producing cotton suits for blue-collar workers and gas station attendants. Today, they have announced a 10-piece capsule collection in partnership with the streetwear favourite, Joshua Vides.

The capsule collection was released today, with a focus on Vides’s signature black marker cartoon-style sketches. The California native noted that his inspiration was drawn from and modernised the 100-year-old Italian ski and outerwear brand’s archives. The collection offers a fine selection of items, including reversible padded avalanche jackets that seamlessly transition from one style to another, printed joggers, and a sumptuous iconographic cashmere knit sweater that pays homage to the brand’s many years of outfitting Olympic-winning race skiers. It’s not too early to say that this collaboration will be a favourite among the fashion-forward crowd!
