Find your blue, find yourself: Take an inside look at Martin Scorsese’s new Bleu de Chanel campaign — a story of freedom and daring self-discovery starring Timothée Chalamet.

An actor that embodies the current zeitgeist, Timothée Chalamet is consistently evolving, pushing boundaries of modern film and diving headfirst into every project he takes on. Now, working with the renowned director Martin Scorsese for the first time, he shows a new side of his artistry.

First directing for Bleu de Chanel over ten years ago, on a 2010 campaign, Scorsese is back with another fresh and powerful vision — building on his expertise to portray a multifaceted man on a journey of self-discovery. Touching on themes of fame and the dynamic between one’s public and private persona, it features contrasting black and white scenes with bursts of blue — representing glimmers of hope amongst the stark rigidity of a life in the public eye. Written just for Chalamet, the protagonist carves his own path — dimming the blinding lights of fame and living life by his own instinct. As he embraces the mystery of the blue, he comes face-to-face with his soul self, driving home the campaign’s message: “Find your blue, find yourself.”
