While in Paris for the SS24 fashion week, actress Dafne Keen documented the ins and outs of her experience — from getting ready for the Louis Vuitton show and sitting front row to walking the streets and seeing the Eiffel Tower. We caught up with the star about her expectations, highlights from the trip, and fashion week necessities.

Hey Dafne! How are you feeling post-fashion week?
I feel good! It’s weird being back home, it feels like a fever dream.

Did you have any expectations going into the LV show?
I did have expectations, but the show and the experience definitely exceeded them which is always good.

Can you tell us a bit about what you wore?
I wore a vinyl/ faux leather suit with a bralette. I also decided to wear a wig because I wanted to channel my inner Jean Seberg and also because I feel like it was a good way to show that I can be a chameleon, and also because wigs are so much fun!

Did you have a favourite look from the collection?
It’s so hard to pick because the show was so beautiful. But if I had to pick, I’d say that I loved all the leather jackets, they felt cool and not trying hard, and I loved this one look that was a beautiful black skirt that had a piece of flowy white fabric falling out of it, and a pleated top in a shirt fabric that created a really beautiful silhouette, it looked so elegant.

What’s your #1 go to fashion week necessity?
Definitely my camera and a perfume so that I smell good after running around all day.

What is the energy like in Paris during fashion week?
The energy is mad, it’s so up and hectic but in a good way, it’s like an explosion of creativity.

What is your favourite thing to do in the city?
I like to just walk around, the architecture is amazing, there are also some amazing jazz clubs and really lovely indie art galleries with amazing pieces.
