A wall-sized heart in a vibrant pink room, immense lilac-blue clouds, a crystal chandelier smashed on the ballroom floor, and a whimsical garden—this is the backdrop of the legendary footwear brand Roger Vivier’s “Les Éléments Vivier,” an immersive exhibition in a private hôtel particulier in the 8th district of Paris celebrating the Maison’s new Spring Summer 2024 Collection. Across four floors of the Haussmannian-style building, Creative Director Gherardo Felloni envisions a theatrical installation within the opulent French architecture in collaboration with the Italian set designer Leila Maria Fteita.
The Spring Summer 2024 collection is unveiled in dramatic expressions of rich décor and savoir-faire, representing the key design pillars of Roger Vivier’s universe set in motion by Monsieur Vivier himself. Picture wall-to-wall lily ponds and wooden bridges to showcase the label’s signature accessories floating in cool waters on mirrored podiums, and perfectly crafted ruffled bags adorning the beautiful chaos of a shattered crystal chandelier.
The icing on the cake? Throughout Les Éléments Vivier, the spirit of the atelier is palpable through live demonstrations of embroidery, draping, and other craft know-how inherent to the House—revealing the behind-the-scenes magic of true luxury and the expertise of Roger Vivier’s cherished artisans.
