Dramatically waiting for my girl dinner of a whole rotisserie chicken for one to arrive after the Sami Miró show. I need my brotein to power me through the night.

The sun is down so the shades go on for a night out with my @Dior family. Sunglasses conceal the bags (not the Dior ones).

Wearing Bottega Veneta and United Airlines residue to NYFW night one at the NYLON Party. My face was washed, beat and rocked until it was planted in my pillow at 4am.

The calm in the car before the catwalk. I ordered an Uber Pool with Louis.

After the first ever Sami Miro Vintage NYFW show… the wizard herself (Sami) peels back the curtain for the curious. She humbly welcomed me backstage to see the storm before the calm, collected catwalk. I’m rocking Sami Miro blazer, Louis Vuitton accessories, and Versace heels featuring my CVS pantyhose.

Some maniacal joy after being inspired by Sami Miró’s show. Brown pride for Black women.

I genuinely couldn’t see with my sunglasses on. I rocked them on the tip of my nose like a nasal strip in the name of fashion.

Cat-walking the sidewalk outside of Sergio Hudson’s show. The energy he curated could’ve been bagged & sold to middle America. From the soundtrack to the whole rack, it was a party of a show.

Fashion week ain’t for the weak. The estrogen was strong and the acrylic nail grips were even stronger. Leaning on Lana, Sherry, Kiersey, Sabrina, Stephanie, Anna, Anthony D, Anthony R and another Anthony too, I’m sure.

Misplaced your hotel room key but make it fashion… and custom Fendi. I met an incredible human/photographer by the name of @alizayuh who I begged to shoot with after meeting & shooting with him on these streets. The sudden collaborative nature and dance of NYFW is what I LIVE for.

“Why is the elevator so slow!?” Why the elevator is so slow: I brought these old Fendi pants of mine to NYFW with the idea to give them to a tailor. I asked her to turn them into shorts and a bikini top to give my old pants a new life. And hell to the yes, she and I did just that. (Also, please note my girl’s head in the bottom left corner. She was down there risking her life between the jaws-of-death elevator doors that almost sawed her in half).
