“Legend has it that the hotel had previously housed a colonial palace belonging to an English aristocrat of Scottish roots living in Cuba, whose son and current owner left the island at the age of 16 to study in London, where he was part of the Punk movement of the 70s. When his father died and he inherited the Cuban-style house, he decided to return to Barcelona to live there permanently and transform it into a hotel, restaurant and cocktail bar”.
