Famed musical visionary EDX and renowned producer FREY, join forces once again to revisit the iconic track “The Rhythm Of The Night”, first released by Corona in the 90s. A dance classic, the pair bring great chemistry and innovation to the classic track.

EDX is a veteran of the music game, having spent almost three decades as a key name in the electronic music scene. The Grammy-nominated DJ, producer and label head is known for his chart-topping re-inventions of Sam Feldt’s “Show My Love” and Robin Schulz’s “Sugar”. FREY is known for his undeniable production skills, with tracks on the likes on Sony and BMG.

Paying homage to the anthemic track that can be heard around the world in nightclubs and parties, the pair put their own spin on the infamous tune, with playful production intricacies consistent with the artist’s style and discography.

Speaking on the release, EDX comments, Since I was a young kid, I always wanted to get my hands on the magical “THE RHYTHM OF THE NIGHT” by Corona, produced by Roberto Zanetti (one of the most forward thinking and successful dance music producers of the last century). I still remember experiencing it for the first time on a proper sound system during my summer holidays, and what a feeling! When I got permission from Zanetti himself, I started working on it 2 years ago with my friend Andrew p/k/a FREY and had this special feeling again, like working on the remix of “SHOW ME LOVE”! This one is more personal and we feel it will work well across all dance stages and retrieve the magic and memories of the original.
