In a handwritten note, she asks: “How many of y’all knew my first job was sweeping hair in my mama’s salon?” Going on to explain that Destiny’s Child would perform for clients — imagine getting your hair done and Beyoncé comes to entertain you! — she speaks of how many different kinds of entrepreneurial women she saw in her mother’s salon, and the impact it had on her: “I saw firsthand how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls. I watched her heal and be of service to so many women. Having learned so much on my hair journey, I’ve always dreamed of carrying on her legacy. I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been creating.”

Lisa’s high ponytail was enviable in Singapore. Slicked back with side bangs, the style is a dynamic mix of sleek and fun. Her hair wraps around a hair tie, creating a streamlined look, as it flows down her back and bounces as she performs. Glittery eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, rosy cheeks, and pink lips came together with the pony in a dewy, performance-ready look.

Another Blackpink beauty look, Rosé showed off some incredible hair styles in a video compilation from backstage in Singapore. Our favourite has to be her two pigtail looks. Adorned with ribbons, first pink and then black, they are giving 90’s pop star. Sparkly eyeshadow and little side-bangs compliment the style — as does her adorable floral phone case.

In a new Louis Vuitton campaign, Horizon’s Never End, Jackson Wang lets his hair do the talking. Highlighting the travel collection, the House Ambassador takes a trip to Paris and stuns with a bold hair colour. Split down the middle, the left side is green, while the right is a more natural-toned brown. The mint green shade perfectly compliments the cream handle and brown base of the suitcase, as well as the blue sky. Bringing all the elements of the image together, the hair is truly a centrepiece.

She lets front strands fall from a slicked back high ponytail, and they appear to be tinted red.
