Founded in 2015, Chinese restaurant Tattu is widely renowned for its immersive dining experiences — blending beautiful decor with delicious dishes. For Cherry Blossom Season, the independent family-owned business has gone all out with a new campaign in celebration of springtime. Illuminated white trees adorn the courtyard restaurant and rooftop Phoenix Bar as Tattu celebrates the custom of “hanami”, bringing guests in to enjoy a glorious meal while admiring the cherry blossoms.

The seasonal menu introduces new authentic Chinese dishes, such as the flavourful Tuna Sashimi Flower with Nori, sesame, and wasabi mayo, or the lemongrass-infused Red Snapper Tom Yum. Further highlights include the Stay Beef Ribeye, presented on a hoba leaf, and a new limited edition cocktail. Titled the Ruby Rose Fizz, the special concoction pairs cherry blossom Everleaf Mountain and yuzu with Laurent-Perrier Rosé. Served in a rose shaped glass on the Phoenix Bar, overlooking the West End, it is as beautiful as it is delicious.
