A newcomer hailing from the famed town Glastonbury, Kwun catapulted himself into our ears with his triumphant debut single, “Supernatural”, which saw him gain public and critical plaudits. An artist who divides his time between the UK and Tulum, Mexico, Kwun’s sound is varied in outlook and style, plucking inspiration from rock, Americana, funk and more to concoct a sound full of refreshing positivity and an ever-sharpening craft.

The new cut, “Ancient Ageless & True”, leans heavily into influences of the past, with Kwun putting his own unique spin on decade-renowned styles, resulting in an immersive blend of modern and classic styles. for the record, Kwun worked with studio musicians who have worked with the likes of Taylor Swift and Johnny Cash, and sought out the savvy ear of Sam Wheat (Pharrell Williams, The Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse) for mixing duties. Kwun’s heartfelt lyricism is brought to life by the smooth, poignant instrumental, with the gentle tempo and timbre proving the perfect sonic foundation for a tale of love and sincerity.


The single is the title-track taster of what’s to come from Kwun’s upcoming debut album, which is poised to be released later this year.
