UK rock group The Struts have been blessing our ears for a decade. Made up of vocalist Luke Spiller, guitarist Adam Slack, bassist Jed Elliot, and drummer Gethin Davies, the band herald from Derby and have been making an impression across the country with huge album releases like ’16’s Everybody Wants and ’18’s YOUNG&DANGEROUS. They’ve opened for some of the world’s biggest acts, from The Rolling Stones to Foo Fighters, and have become notorious for the raucous stage energy, with the band being named after a comment made about said presence.

After a long wait, we’ve received their latest work, Unplugged at EastWest, a live EP and video recorded in partnership with Taylor Guitars. The EP features their monumental hit single “Fallin With Me”, as well as covers of Michael Jackson’s “Stranger in Moscow”, Oasis’ “Supersonic”, and the highly anticipated full version of “Pretty Vicious”, which went viral on TikTok following a snippet being uploaded. Alongside the release, the band have announced an upcoming world tour.

Speaking on the release, Spiller said: “We loved teaming up with Taylor Guitars to play this intimate, unplugged set at the legendary EastWest Studios in LA. Not only did we get to play a few new originals, but myself and Adam both chose a special cover that embodies our individual introductions to music.”

Alongside the release, we’ve also been blessed with the news that frontman Luke Spiller is releasing a savvy watch collaboration with Fossil/Misfit – find out more here.
