We hope you have an extinguisher on hand, because Bright & Findlay have just dropped “Fireflies”. The duo, made up of Groove Armada’s Tom Findlay and James Alexander Bright, are gearing up to release their very first LP this summer, and this track is just a taste of what’s to come.

If you haven’t already heard, Bright & Findlay’s last release, the EP “Slow Dance”, was a total hit. The titular single ‘Slow Dance’ even won Gilles Peterson’s Single of the Year award; no biggie! And now, with “Fireflies,” the duo takes the music scene by storm once again.

“Fireflies” is a shining gem. Brimming with vibrant colors, funky basslines, and well-crafted beats – it’ll definitely get your body moving. Bright’s soulful vocals meander between Findlay’s beats, creating a sound that’s both fresh and nostalgic. It’s the perfect track for a lazy summer afternoon, sipping on a cool drink by the pool without a care in the world. Releasing an equally zen, sun-soaked music video to go along with the track – it’s like we’ve been transported to sunnier days past.
