First up is Florence Pugh, who’s been pulling out all the stops recently. Earlier this week, we covered the sensational tulle look that she wore to BIFAs. Charging full speed ahead – this BFAs beauty look has been living in our heads rent-free. Matching the blood-red of her gown, Pugh looks vampy, sultry, and gorgeous. Pairing a bold, deep red lip with otherwise dewy, clean face makeup – Pugh lets the pout do all the talking. Slicking back her chopped locks into a sleek ‘do – Pugh is serving up all sorts of Hollywood glamour; we’re very here for it.
Lizzo is the ultimate beauty queen
Our favourite pop sensation, Lizzo, didn’t come to play this week. Donning a vibrant, pattern-filled frock from Alexander McQueen – Lizzo upped the ante with a spellbinding beat. Coiffing her hair up into a mohawk-esque dream, Lizzo’s glam is electrifying. Pinks and browns grace her lips and eyes, while her accessories take the look to an entirely new level. Adorning her hair with intricate gold embellishments, Lizzo’s acrylic claws come out to play. With fire-red tips, Lizzo brings even more heat with an array of gold rings, necklaces, and bracelets. We guess all that glitters is gold!
FKA Twigs delivers a cosmic dream
We think of FKA Twigs, and otherworldliness immediately comes to mind. Just like her music, her beauty looks have a knack for transporting us to another dimension, and this week she came with full cosmic force. In a beat by makeup artist @tildax_x_ on Instagram, FKA Twigs looked as celestial as they come. With slicked baby hairs framing her angelic face, charcoal grey makeup was applied cyclically – intensifying as it moved towards the centre of her face. A bright white point, like a target, was placed in the middle of her face; we’re not quite sure what we’re looking at – but we’re obsessed all the same.
Mia Regan serves up ice queen realness
Following on the theme of jaw-dropping jewellery, Mimi Regan delivered with this glistening, gorgeous look that she graced the latest BFAs with. Icy blues and silvers are washed over her lids, while a tightline black liner brings some intensity to her eyes. Keeping it peachy on the lips, Regan matches her nails to the red in her dress – giving holiday party glamour. Dazzling pear-shaped diamonds adorn her neck, ears, and wrists. All in all, Regan was a sight to behold; what a gem!
Rose Gray is magnificently mod
Musician Rose Gray serves up look after look, and this week she did not disappoint. Giving us 60s glamour — Gray looks as if she was plucked straight from the cult classic film Blow-Up. With her auburn hair gathered into a curly updo, she adds little white flowers into the mix. Her face beat is quintessentially 60s – with a graphic liner paving the way for a shimmering light blue. Finishing off the look with a dusty rose on her lips, the young artist looked just as tantalising as Twiggy.
Simone Ashley brings the smoke
Our fave Bridgerton breakout star, Simone Ashley, looked like a dream this week in a shimmering floor length gown, and her beat was just as spellbinding. Wet-look hair frames the actress’ face, and on her lids she goes for a smokey look – playing up her enticing eyes while her long eyelashes flutter. Her face makeup was dewy, glowy, and bronze – sculpting her already chiselled cheekbones. On her lips, she opts for a brown liner, sealing the deal with a frosty gloss. It’s giving, ‘Diamond of the Season’.
