032C WORKSHOP × SLOGGI

The Swiss brand collaborates with 032c Workshop on a planet-conscious, back-to-basics collection.

“Limit everything to the bare essentials. But don’t remove the poetry” is the ethos of 032c’s stellar collaboration with sloggi, connected by AP Studios. Joining forces, the pair offer up a genderless, eco-friendly range of essentials pieces that embody the spirit of sloggi’s innovative yet comfortable design. First unveiled earlier this year in September, this collection is finally ready to see the light of day.

Winter’s biting breeze also ushers in a demand for comfortable, buildable pieces – and the 032c x sloggi collaboration is here to answer your prayers. Headed by 032c’s Readytowear creative director Maria Koch, this new collection synthesises the brand’s fashion-forward artistry with sloggi’s essential comfortability.

The collection traverses a nature-inspired colour palette, melding together silhouettes for a broad range of body types with a silky-smooth fabric structure. By incorporating clean cotton trims at the waist, at the top of a hoodie, or within the stitches outlining a rib, shape is given to the sturdy, durable fabric. The line features a collection of structured sweatshirts, t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants that are cut for a cosy fit – imbuing the pieces with snug sensibilities. To round it off, the collab offers up a poncho; each garment is graced with the collection’s reflective embroidered logo and woven label.

The genesis of this collaboration sprouted from a time where comfort and fashion were being redefined across the globe. The last few years have impacted fashion irrevocably, and sloggi were ready to ride that wave. Previously channelling their efforts only in bodywear, the eco-conscious brand widened its horizons with a sparkling new clothing category. With 032c’s Maria Koch at the helm of this expansion, the collaboration emerged as the perfect start for the Swiss brand’s incorporation into the high fashion sphere.

Paul Gaultier, the Head of Brands at sloggi’s overarching company Triumph Group highlighted that, “At sloggi we have always been obsessed with comfort. When loungewear became the working-from-home standard, the world suddenly came around to our way of thinking – and now that they’ve tried comfort, they don’t want to give it up. Maria and her team at 032c are as obsessed with culture as we are with comfort, and we couldn’t be happier to work with the talented team at 032c.”

And just like that, two worlds became one. The 11-piece collection is now available to be snapped up, and with both brands’ wide-reaching influence, we’re certain that the collab’s elevated basics won’t last long before flying off the shelves.
