Self-termed “punk-curious pop rock band” senses met in somewhat unorthodox circumstances aka Craigslist. However, the classified ads site proved fruitful for the merging of musical minds in this instance, with guitarist Josh Bissell, vocalist Madison Taylor and drummer Nick Sampson releasing an array of addictive rock-pop cuts since debut, “Comedown” in 2019.

Latest track “Sleepwalking” is rousing and infectious, primed for impassioned singalongs and replete with tangible emotion, flexing the three-piece’s knack for sensitive bangers and relatability. “We want people to listen to this song and be taken out of that routine and just escape with us,” Taylor explains. “It’s like we get to hit a reset button and not be so worried about what we should or shouldn’t be doing.”

With heavyweight personnel including producer Blake Harnage (Tate McRae, PVRIS) and Keith Varon (The Aces, Nightly, Christina Perrie, jxdn) on board, the senses’ journey looks set to be a long and illustrious one, and they’ve not even dropped their debut EP yet – expected early 2023.
