ALOK – “ALWAYS FEEL LIKE”

The DJ and remixer phenomenon offers dancefloor vibes on an industrial scale with his reimagining of an ‘80s smash.

Remixer to the stars and dance titan in his own right, Alok, has shared “Always Feel Like”, a chart and dance floor-destined follow-up to club-tech juggernaut hit “The Club Is Jumpin’”. While that borrowed from Destiny’s Child’s “Jumpin’, Jumpin’”, Alok’s new cut samples Rockwell and Michael and Jermaine Jackson’s timeless 1984 hit “Somebody’s Watching Me”. However, rather than a mere nostalgic-driven reworking of a classic, Alok brings the iconic topline into unchartered territory, with menacing house basslines and boisterous synths, primed to galvanise dance arena tents at music festivals for years to come.

Another anthem from the DJ who’s quickly establishing a place at the top table of dance and EDM heavyweights, with 28 million Instagram followers, he has the second-largest audience on the platform of any electronic artist in the world, with a similarly strong legion of 20 million monthly listeners on Spotify hanging on his every sound.

“Always Feel Like”, his momentous latest release, looks set only to infiltrate charts and the playlists of fans globally. Head below to watch the video for the track right now…
