Two weeks ago today, we developed a new personality. Streaming Kate Bush on repeat through vintage-style headphones, opting for our retro adidas overcoats, and flinching whenever we catch a glimpse of flickering lights. Yes – though somewhat embarrassing to admit – we are well and truly submerged within the upside down, demogorgan slaying and Dungeons and Dragons playing universe of Stranger Things.

And while we steamed through season four volume one with the same ferocity with which Vecna claims his victims, our starvation for the supernatural remains rampant. Thankfully, offering a taste of what is to come on July 1st, Netflix has dropped the first official teaser for the season’s final two episodes — and we are practically levitating with excitement.

Following a nail-biting twist revealing Jamie Campbell Bower’s Peter Ballard as the series’ latest killer Vecna, and with Eleven finally regaining control of her powers in a bid to defeat him, audiences are brought to the precipice of the underworld like never before — and this time, our favourite characters might not be offered the revival bestowed upon our beloved Hopper.

And while we must wait another three weeks for the new material to air, we think – with a hefty dosage of commitment – it is just about enough to stream the entire series again. So if you need us in the meantime, you know where to find us…
