DAILY PAPER × BEATS

The collaboration calls upon the vocal stylings of Unknown T in their latest campaign, “Connected Through Sound”.

For Daily Paper’s new collection, the label was heavily influenced by New York City’s 80s and 90s hip-hop scene — something which became the DNA of their recent collaboration with Beats titled “Connected Through Sound”. Featuring a special edition pair of Beats Studio Buds, the collaboration champions freedom of expression — with both company’s logos featured in multiple fonts over the beats case. Proving the many ways in which you can reinvent yourself and mould your identity, the exclusive design speaks to every generation — showing the endless possibilities you can find within yourself.

One particular figure who abides by this ethos is the British-Ugandan artist, Unknown T. Starring in the video of the collaboration, we see him ripple off bars about his journey into music — finding a love and path for himself through dialect. Now, Unknown T looks to Daily Paper and Beats’ latest collaboration to help others find their identity through music.

Speaking on their latest project, Co-Founder and Design Director of Daily Paper Abderrahmane Trabsini says, “Music is one of the most important brand pillars for us as it brings our community together. Working with Beats has always been on our wish list of collaborations. It’s also an extension of the current SS22 collection which is inspired by hip-hop culture.”

You can purchase the limited edition beats at dailypaperclothing.com and at selected Daily Paper stores. Alternatively, to watch the video featuring Unknown T’s track “AVEN9ERS” now, head below.
