LOOKS OF THE WEEK
Doja Cat, The Biebers and Angus Cloud feature in this week’s fashion round-up.

Kendall Jenner had us in the mood to dust off our mini dresses

While many of us have been seeking comfort in the fur-lined arms of our winter coats recently in a bid to brave rain, snow and blistering temperatures, we are looking to use this week’s Looks of the Week as a manifestation tool to bring in some warmer weather. And Kendall Jenner is here to help us. Donning a white mini dress, the model reminded us that spring is for patterns as a psychedelic black, blue and white swirl swiped across her skirt. To accessorise, we were treated to a pair of blacked-out aviators, gleaming from a reflective silver layer and culminating in an outfit that has us dreaming of sunnier days.
Justin and Hailey Bieber were couple goals on the Grammys red carpet

When it comes to couple dressing, we are growing slightly weary of seeing overdone matching moments, but thankfully Justin and Hailey Bieber replaced the coordinated with the complimentary at this year’s Grammys. With Justin honouring his partnership with Balenciaga, the star did oversized correctly in a boxy suit laying over a white vest and chain. With a pop of pink presenting itself in the form of a beanie and some Julia Roberts-esque 90s shades also featuring, Justin clashed eras and styles masterfully. As for Hailey, if you wanted an example of ethereal dressing done right, the model in YSL gave us just that. Also, we never thought that we’d be saying this but who is going to get us a pair of steel cap Crocs?
Doja Cat won Grammys dressing in dual looks

While Doja Cat’s sweet acceptance speech following her first Grammy win was a moment worthy of note, we would be doing you a disservice if we didn’t take some time to honour her two outfits of the evening. Turning out two elegant Versace gowns, Doja opted for cinched waists and sheer skirts, all of which were littered with glittering crystals and diamond details. Two juxtaposed yet equally captivating hairstyles also made an appearance alongside last season’s viral glass bag, proving to us that the music game is not the only thing that the star is dominating right now.
All hail Angus Cloud, the streetwear king

It is no secret that the cast of Euphoria knows how to dress, but this week Angus Cloud took to an event to remind us of this fact. Opting for a yellow and white colour palette, the actor layered a silk scarf under a motif-laden bucket hat, both of which bled into a set of vibrant graphic basketball shorts and a pristine polo shirt. Our bucket hat bae!
Dua Lipa was flying high in a pilot jacket and thick-framed aviators

IG: @dualipa

Taking things off the red carpet and giving us a dose of that greatly-desired street style this week was Dua Lipa. Donning a warm brown pilot jacket adorned with graphic patches and a fur collar, a retro air washed over the pop sensation’s look, only to be met by 2022 streetwear staples such as black cargos and a lace-up top. Also, we never knew how much we needed a pair of starfish earrings and thick-framed aviators until this very moment.
Kali Uchis and Tyler, The Creator did clashing ‘fits correctly

What better way to round off this week’s Looks of the Week list than with a feature from our new favourite pairing? Posing for a set of seriously cute photos, industry mavericks Kali Uchis and Tyler, The Creator opted for opposites as the sparkle from Kali’s tassel-laden and ornate two-piece clashed with Tyler’s chocolate quilted bomber and forest green jorts. Clearly, the studio is not the only place from which these two are able to make magic.
