After the week we’ve had, we couldn’t be more ready for the weekend and singer-songwriter ELIZZA is getting us in the right mood with her disco-ready single “Catch Me if U Can”. Effortlessly oscillating between the likes of Dua Lipa and Anne Marie, the singer brings us into a smooth soundscape filled with slick retro synths and glittering breaks. Lead by her sugary sweet vocals, the artist breaks down her own experience of trying to stay romantic in a post-pandemic world.

“ The song that explores the dating experience after the pandemic globally, right from London, New York, Tokyo to LA. Building anticipation, playing games and trying to have fun again,” ELIZZA revealed. “We have been social distancing for way too long and now it’s time to get back together, dance, kiss and let ourselves be free.”

Teaming the single with a flirtatious video directed by Elliot Simpson, we see the rising star take to the streets of London exploring everything the city has to offer and embracing all thing adventurous now we’re venturing out of the pandemic. Keeping her cards close to her chest in regards to new music, we say keep an eye on ELIZZA in the coming months.
