If the soundtracks of The Breakfast Club and Killing Eve were to have a baby, the sultry soundscape of Le Couleur would most likely be its greatest fit. Packed with playful notes on a bed of classic 70s synths, their latest effort Concorde Deluxe Edition is the ultimate portrayal of the bands world of psychedelic disco. With a mix of vintage influences, 70s erotica and disco fevered melodies, the collection is the bands next step into their new supersonic production. Acting as the leading single ahead of the imminent release, “Excellence Europe-Express” samples Le Couleur’s blend of triumphant 70s-inspired melodies with flirtatious ethereal vocals.

On the album itself, Le Couleur explain, “Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, our Concorde album will be released on February 25th in a deluxe version to conquer the new world. Including 2 brand new songs (melancholy ballads like you’ve never heard before), remixes of Napkey, Tusks, Super Plage, Ormiston, Sainte Croix and Dur Club, and 5 live versions! We are so excited to be able to present to our UK fans our Concorde album with our full band during this 2022 Europe Tour. After all these covid years, it’s like a dream come true!”

Releasing tomorrow via Lisbon Lux Records, the disco synth-pop band also announce their upcoming UK tour dates, which begin on March 8th. With so much on Le Couleur’s horizon, we couldn’t hit the pre-save link fast enough.
