With those intense British storms seemingly over and March just around the corner, the promise of better weather hangs in the balance. And with Spring comes the forever-exciting wardrobe transition, away from the mundane monochrome and towards climate-appropriate vibrancy. Should you be looking for some colourful inspiration as you look to craft your new wardrobe, AGR’s AW22 collection is the only place you should be looking.

Debuting the ‘Knit on Kint’ collection, the label’s founder, Alicia Robinson has looked to the wonders of psychedelic optical illusions to inform what can best be described as a true rainbow trip of a line. While visually mesmerising thanks to vivid colour washing over the collection, behind each bright hue of the new drop is an intricate design process. With the brand calling on the knitting books of the 70s and print-meets-knit design techniques, it becomes clear that attention to detail is just as integral to the collection as its bombastic colour palette.

While the innovation above is a truly transformative move for the brand, that is not to say that it has disregarded its original codes, however. In a bid to ensure that AGR’s ethos remains at the forefront of the designs, the influence of the 90s presents itself, giving each piece an irresistible retro edge.

A sensory delight steeped in fine craftsmanship, AGR’s AW22 collection is one that we are certain we will be shopping from.
