Kicking off our beauty looks this week Billie Eilish journeys back to the dark side, fashioning a 70s approved shaggy bob finished with a blunt fringe. With a freshly dyed liquorice hue, the singer plunges us back into 2019 fandom — nodding to the iconic hairdos of her When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go era. Keeping the face downplayed with natural fluffy brows, Billie’s icy blue eyes are more pronounced than ever. When looking back at the singer’s hairstyles of the past, it would appear a change always occurs around an upcoming release of new music — one can only hope this is a premeditated move for the very near future…

One person who will always commit to a look head to toe is Megan Fox, and this week she showed us exactly how it’s done. Giving us her take on a Euphoria High-worthy teacher outfit, she snaps a selfie with eyes and nails painted with a tinge of vibrant tangerine. Wearing a gun-metal grey pantsuit, Megan keeps all the drama in the detail — dusting neon powder towards the inner corners of the eye, which perfectly compliments her orange stilleto tips. And of course, no fiancé is complete without shamelessly plugging their diamonds, and Megan’s love-is-pain inspired ring makes a statement of its own, with a deep emerald stone standing out against the grey and orange palette.

A citrus eye palette seems to be the latest trend of beauty beats, and offering us a different way to incorporate neon notes is Yara Shahidi, who traces her lash line with a buttered liner. At the skilful hands of her makeup artist Golden Shyne, the actresses face becomes a vision of effortless glow as she promotes the premiere of the sit-com series Grown-ish. Framing the face with softly curled edges, her base is kept neutral and textured, while the cheeks are blushed with a subtle shade of peach. With a sheer gloss swept across her lips, the yellow liner gives a stylish edge to her elegant complexion.

Kid Cudi tastes the rainbow

Having celebrated his 38th birthday last weekend, Kid Cudi appears to have commemorated the moment by dying his locks with birthday-cake inspired colouring. Never one to shy away from a bold buzz, the new style marks a shift away from his usual Joker-esque aesthetic. Sprinkled with strawberry and blueberry hues, the hair style offers more fun and flavour to the rappers signature street style. Being the coordination King that he is, Cudi also flexes a fresh manicure, which incorporate a different berry shade for every finger. Tied together with a rose gold chunky chain and yellow enamel ring, Kid Cudi carries the torch for citrus shades firmly through our round-up.

When it comes to finding the faces for our Beauty inspo, we look no further than the Instagram page of Euphoria’s Barbie Ferreira. Always doing the most with experimental shadows and eccentric nail extensions, Barbie’s fashion game is consistently giving us life. This week, the actress gave us a look for the beauty books once again, posting a picture mid-glam with rosy lids — adorned with delicate petals at the edges of her eyes. The placement of the 3D accents is thanks to the masterful makeup mogul Doniella Davy, who has single handedly turned the show into a catalogue of trend-worthy makeovers. With a rose petal flush brushed over the eyes, cheeks and temples, the face is at once charming and daring, and we predict it’s only a matter of days before users world-wide head to their local Hobbycraft to replicate the look.
