If your soul is calling out for a dosage of unapologetic rock, Berlin-based band PICTURES are at your beck and call. Dropping their new track “Who Took The Soul” in preparation for the release of their new album, the group takes us through a raw and unpolished guitar instrumental before landing at the cutting-edge chorus filled with boundless energy. Accompanying the release with a raw-retro style video, the group pay tribute to the rock genre and quickly demonstrate how they’ve evolved their organic sound.

“‘Who Took The Soul’ is an ironic, personal song. Life is about attitude and not about winning. I think it’s important not to adjust one’s goals to circumstances”, says lead vocalist and guitarist Maze Exler.

With the release of their highly-anticipated album IT’S OK due on the 28th of January, “Who Took The Soul” offers the ultimate appetiser of what is to come.
