With the release of Spider-Man and Hawkeye, we’ve currently been in a Marvel frenzy, and the iconic production company are keeping us fed with the release of Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness. Having first been revealed during the end credits of the recent Spider-Man film, the second venture for the superhero will see three or more of the Marvel cinematic universes some together with cameos from Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Spider-Man (Tom Holland).
Giving us a brief look at the MCU debut of America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez), Marvel are pulling out all the stops for their new film, as they begin to further dive into the world of Doctor Strange and his powers. Keeping the majority of the plot under wraps, Cumberbatch did tease that the film did undergo various reshoots in aim to perfect the movie, stating that they wanted the film to reach its full potential, and re-do some of the scenes that we’re limited to due to COVID logistics.
With the film teased for release May 2022, we hope Marvel can bridge the gap with another TV series or film because the need is real.
