While the last year has been filled with stress, one of the most positive things to come out of it has been witnessing the exciting advancements of technology. And, with sustainability standing as another sector currently making waves, it is only fair that the two come together in perfect unison. Enter digital fashion platform ZERO10, and sustainable designer Alexandra Sipa.

Looking to transport Sipa’s wonderful designs into a digital realm, ZERO10 are offering their users a chance to enjoy three vibrant designs, available to virtually enjoy on their app without the worry of waste or harmful emissions. And, while this environmentally friendly project is something to behold, the fact that the physical designs themselves are crafted from upcycled discarded electrical wires prove that this collaboration is one with a pure and eco-conscious ethos that runs throughout.

“Fashion needs to become more sustainable from the inside out, not only through the materials used but also ethically and towards everyone involved in the supply and design chain. Being able to recreate my pieces digitally allows them to be enjoyed in a fully sustainable way and makes them accessible to everyone. I am committed to respecting our planet and finding new routes to inclusivity, and the metaverse offers one such solution to this,” explains Alexandra Sipa on the collaboration.
