Christian Louboutin began his voyages to Loubiworld in 2020, where he released seven unisex fragrances. Now, the French-Egyptian fashion designer wants to take you further into the depths of his fantasy worlds, extending his odyssey by unveiling three brand new fragrances. Lacquered in a deep burgundy, each of the glass bottles are illuminated by the golden rays belonging to their three crowned caps, and adorned by precious symbols. So, sit back, and let the dream begin!

Comme des Garçons parfums’ new Rouge fragrance is an unexpected union of the forces. Where the transcendental greets the terrestrial, and religious fervour marries earthen reality, Rouge lies at the heart. Enlightening intensity is lent to Rouge by its greeting of sweet pink peppercorns and Indonesian ginger. Upon the skin, a delicious wink of freshly-sliced beetroot and minty Egyptian geranium leaves seep through, sharply-dressed with spiced incense and deep, characterful patchouli. Dressed in a scarlet-red, asymmetrical bottle, the scent subverts the passionate Rouge through the Comme Des Garçons gaze; which is both disruptive and distinct. Through deliberate overdose and rapturous expression, Rouge is an olfactive congregation of desires.

The French luxury house’s latest fragrance, Scandal, Love Match, is a self-portrait of the Jean Paul Gaultier boxer. A woody, oriental fragrance, Scandal is a true reflection of everything that the French designer is made of. At the starting point is the “knock-out,” it’s luscious twists of sage, mandarin and pulp seeds cut through to the uppercut “contact,” revealing warm undertones of tonka bean and freshly-shaved wood. Luxurious yet imposing, the woody, oriental fragrance sits in a red velvet box. The glass encasing is adorned with a champion’s crown for a cap – cemented as a seal of victory.

In her limited Superstar Collector’s Edition, Carolina Herrera is bringing her fragrances Good Girl and Bad Boy together for the first time. Herrera’s penchant for glittering nights at New York’s Studio 54 interlaces with current Creative Director Wes Gordon’s portrayals of urban nightlife, bringing classic sensuality and glamour to the twenty-first century cosmopolitan individual. In the visual campaign, femme fatale supermodel Karlie Kloss and magnetic actor Ed Skrein embody the two dualities of Herrera’s fragrances. Together,
they star in the short film as the opposing personalities; whilst Kloss plays the fearless modern woman, Skrein is the effortlessly cool contemporary man. Clad in silver bottles, Good Girl is dressed as a shimmering stiletto whilst Bad Boy appears as a reflective chrome lightning bolt. The women’s fragrance sits in an ornate silver zebra-print box, and the men’s in a classic Art Deco-print. For the first time ever, both fragrances will tie in with the eponymous make-up range, which includes a limited edition lipstick.

Blurring the lines between luxury craftsmanship and new-tech, Paco Rabanne’s brand new fragrance, Phantom, is the epitome of the modern gent. Bold, energetic and self-assured, the Spanish luxury brand’s latest offering is a fragrance for today, built for tomorrow. This deliciously sensual scent opens with an energising dash of lemon, ushering in the earthy depths of a native vetiver and lavender. A woody vanilla warms and envelops, brought together with the other ingredients to form a scent which is energising, empowering and sensual.
