Artist Loviet is here to bring some calm and serenity with her new track “Picture”. Other-worldly in nature, the song’s atmospheric production and ethereal tone ensure that listeners are consumed upon first listen. Accompanying the alt-pop hit is a hazy sunset-toned music video depicting the artist serenading the camera from a desolate field, making it all the more infectious.

“This song is me being at the mercy of life and the elements. In this track, I feel like I’m trying to reach back to a place that is earthy and cathartic while I’m being pulled forward in the vicious cycles of social media and modernity,” explains Loviet. “I created the initial track at a kitchen table during a 14 day quarantine and wanted to get all my frustrations out. ”

And, while the single itself is wildly exciting, this is not where the new releases from Loviet end. Having been cut straight from her upcoming EP, the singer works to prove that her fans will be fed with an array of new tracks all year long.
