In case you didn’t know, the noughties are making a comeback and Stacey Jackson is riding the wave with her effervescent new single with Snoop Dogg “Live it Up: Rebooted”. Remixed by Pink Panda, Jackson provides a fresh new sound to her original singe, lacing it with synth-heavy beats and dance-ready melodies. Keeping the eccentric energy throughout the track, we hear the iconic Snoop Dogg chime in at the end of the second verse, serving up smooth silky flows with warming bars.

“It was a huge honour to have been a part of Reboot Camp. I had such a blast on set with all the cast and my dancers performing the record! Who would have thought ten years on!?” Says Jackson. “But because of its tenth anniversary and the track being featured in the movie, we remastered and remixed it with a current, fresh 2021 vibe! I am especially excited for the release of the remixes and the music video.”

Taken from comedy film Reboot Camp with Eric Roberts, Ja Rule and David Lipper, the artist TV presenter and mom of four, showcases her journey in creating the single in the accompanying single – from recording with Dogg to her film cameo. With the song already climbing to number three on this week’s Commercial Pop Charts, we’re expecting great things from the artist in the coming months.
