Back with another banger just in time for the weekend is Cameron Hardy with his new single “Perfume”. Sitting comfortably between pop and R&B, the singer serves up an emotional offering that easily puts you in your feels. Telling the story of modern-day love loss, the artist brings a rare rawness to the track, as he intricately and intimately details his story.
“I feel like this song truly represents who I am as an artist,” the artist said. “The emotion behind it still hits me like a ton of bricks. That’s my goal anyway, to make people feel something. I truly can’t wait to tour and see that in person. There’s a lot in the works right now and I’m really excited for what the future holds.”
The singer-songwriter’s latest single follows on from his critically acclaimed debut single “I Thought You Were Lonely”, which saw the artist soar to the top of the streaming platforms with over 2.5 million plays. Already working with Maidson Beer favourite Andrew Brochetti and industry heavyweight Delacey, we’re expecting huge things from the singer soon.
